DEADLINES
As indicated in the technical guide, there are 2 important dates to remember:
- Late orders: prices will increase by 20% starting September 28th, 2024
- Order closing: October 4th, 2024
ADDITIONAL ORDERS

- Furniture rental
- Graphics/Signage
- Change carpet colour
- AV (Screens, Laptop, Desktop, tablet).
Reminder: AV for Industry Sponsored Sessions and private meeting rooms should be ordered directly with the AV coordinator, Mike Perchig nest@nest-av.com
TECHNICAL ORDERS
The MARSEILLE CHANOT technical orders are:
- Rigging
- Electric connections
- Water connections
- In-booth cleaning (before the opening + daily cleaning)
- Flowers & Plants (can also be booked through another supplier of your own choice)
- Parking
- Security
